New or Established Lawns PGF Balanced can be used any time during the growing season but is ideal for use in early spring and fall when high nitrogen levels are not as desirable. Lawns can be established or recently seeded. PGF Balanced can also be used during sod installation. Gardens and Flower Beds Gardens can benefit from this perfectly balanced formula by mixing the PGF Balanced fertilizer into the soil while turning or tilling at the beginning of the growing season.
